- Buyer Questionnaire - This is an interactive form that helps me to efficiently work with buyers. I highly suggest that any and all buyers who are interested in working with me, and are in the market to acquire a condo in South Florida, to fill it out and get it back to me. Be as specific as possible about the property that you wish to purchase. This allows me to systematically match buyers with properties. It also allows me to properly file the lead in the instance that a property or opportunity that matches your criteria does not exist at this time but may become available in the future. The form will automatically be emailed to me once you click submit if you have Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express installed on your computer. Otherwise, you will need to save it to your computer and attach it to an email addressed to me.
- Miami Developments Map Aug07 - A map of condominium developments within the Miami DDA districts that are under construction, approved or were completed since 2002.
- Miami Developments Report Aug07 - A summary report of each of the developments represented in the Miami Developments Map. I’ve noticed that some of the prices reported are not accurate.
- Monthly Mortgage Rate Resets - A graphical representation of the monthly mortgage rate resets until 2016.
- One Bal Harbour Pricing Sheet Dec 2003 - This is the pricing sheet of units that were available in December 2003. The last page that has the prices is difficult to read but if you zoom in 150% you should be able to make out the figures.
- Property Tax Reform Vote January 29, 2008 - Provides the details of the proposed property tax reform that is scheduled to be voted on January 29, 2007.
- Pugliese vs. Pukka Development - a recent court case where the judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff who purchased a preconstruction property.
- Recent Real Estate Pricing Trends - This piece, actually entitled “Understanding Recent Trends in House Prices and Home Ownership,” was written by well-known economist Robert J. Shiller. It is a fascinating read.
